i could cry!!!!!
i have found my perfect venue
but it is totally out of my financial league just because they do not allow outside catering!
was gonna call in a few family favours as we used to run a cafe so i know really good (cheap) suppliers and everything but i am not allowed its the old health and safty jip " we have to be sure it was prepared properly"
b****r!
with their food it'd cost about £6500
if we shave a few people off of the guest list we might be able to get it down to about £4000
totally stuck!!!

awwwww. i did the same thing last week. i loved the venue but it was way out of our league

Awww hun. I feel lucky the place i fell in love with was the cheapest.
All in its costing just over £2000.
This is what it includes:
Hall Hire
DJ
3 Course meal for 50 people
Evening finger buffet for 50
tea,coffee and mints
cava on arrival
chair covers and organza ties (the colour i want)
floral centre piece for each table
private entrance
private bathrooms
and private bar

aw hun we found a venue last yr that was perfect in every possible way apart from the price tag. They also didnt allow outside caterers or dj etc (although funnily enough ive hired their dj LOL) and it hit the £6k mark without extras added so we had to look else where.
