I have also increased the total size of images per post to 2mb, currently 500kb (0.5mb) for normal Members.

If any of you are having problems uploading images it will be because you have reached your free storage limit on the server.
You have two options - upgrade your membership (as above) or use the photo linking option and a free service like Photobucket or Google Picasa to manage your photos.
