i have ordered a cake topper from a site where she says she does personalised cake toppers. i have oreder it months ago and she is now nearly 2 months-YES THATS 2 MONTHS -late for the delivery date-how can i get her to send it on or make a complaint?????she has mailed 2 in that time and given stupid excuses.

Hi Kittens and welcome to the forum.
I'm not sure about your person you have ordered them for but I always make mine in wedding date order and have to admit that sometimes they are delivered a week before the wedding (depending on circumstances)......so hopefully one way or another your toppers will arrive in time for you wedding.

Have you already paid the full amount for the topper? If you have paid by credit card then why don't you dispute the charge.
My wedding cake toppers are normally delivered within 1 month maximum.
Hope your topper arrives safely soon.
