You go to reply then go to 'use full editor' at the bottom of the reply box, then click to attach files, pic your photo then attach it next to it I think it says something like 'add to post'

You need to have your picture online to start with. It can be on a photo server like flickr or a blog or website.
the URL of the photo is found by right clicking on the photo going down to properties. then you'll see the url. (just copy and paste)
