I know this is a long way off but it takes ages for my hair to grow. I'm looking into growing my hair out and going for a medium length hair style for the wedding, but not sure what style I'll eventually go for. I've had short hair for the last few years and fancied a change.

Grow it as long as you can, then nearer the time you will have the most options available... try it long and cut it bit by bit until you get something you are happy with... probably end up backwhere you are now... but at least you would have tried!

I recommend keeping it short!

I'm always reminded of Nicky Clarke, the hairdresser, when blokes talk about growing their hair and he gives me the creeps.

The thing with short hair especially how short I have been having it, is that there is no variation at all. You can't do an awful lot with hair this short.

But if you grow it you will have to take more time styling it.....are you prepared to faff around that much with your hair?

Id say keep it short too, much prefer men with short hair, just as well tho mikes is very short

Honestly? I would keep it short. Everyone should be looking at the bride's hair, not yours, sorry!

Rofl! I'm not aiming for that long!! Just longer than I have at the moment. Just so that I can have another style other than flat on head.

I think men who have longer/longish/longer than short/however you want to put it hair look a bit poncey sometimes (a la Nicky Clarke or that wally who did Changing Rooms) or scruffy. But, hey, it's your hair at the end of the day. What does your fiancee think?

Oh I know people will be looking at the Brides hair. It's mainly for us and the pictures.

hehe! Depends on the style and how long it goes really. I think some styles can look good. My fiancee isn't helpful in this case, her response is normally along the lines of "whatever you like m'darlin"

I guess, then, the only thing you can do is try it and see. You can get it cut if you don't like it.

I'd be more bothered about you hogging the bathroom and the mirror while you style your hair!

That particular one I keep under my pillow! lol Only kidding....I find them on Google, although I wish I wouldn't as they often make my tea feel like it's going to reappear. I'm sure he must have small animals nesting in there somewhere

Noooooo, I like baldies Just as well OH has no hair. Stops it from getting in his eyes though I suppose
