Hey Guys!

Need your help and suggestions if possible! my friend has just got engaged! and has decided that she would like to get married somewhere very intimate and cheap in the UK or Scotland she literally wants just her and H2B with me and my hubby as witnesses!

Anyway they are on an extremely tight budget and need somewhere very cheap (ideally whole day for under £1000 Eeek!) but still of course lovely! along with somewhere that obviously caters for weddings of just 2 people plus 2 witnesses does anyone know of anywhere nice that might be a possibility?

Just wanting opinions really! forgive me if this is a bit of a long winded story!

Right so basically we have adopted 2 of my neighbours cats from our street. Basically my neighbours do not look after them they are constantly outside never allowed in their house and were fed outside and since they have been coming into my house they are no longer even fed outside! the bowls have disappeared I now feed them both. Anyway one of them is VERY old! he is very scruffy and sneezy and generally tatty but he's gorgeous and loving and we have both become extremely attached to him, now he has been coming into our house and eating / sleeping here for around in total 2 years now! I even bought a warm cat house and put a blanket in for him for in the winter when it's freezing cold and we are at work as he seems to get worse in winter. Anyway after a few months of letting them in one of the neighbours teenage kids noticed them in my kitchen through the window and she came knocking on my door shouting at me telling me to stop letting them in which I did stop doing for a few weeks even tho the cats still kept trying to run in the house and would sit at the window looking sad at me! but then one day I'd just had enough it was absolutely chucking it down and thunder and lighting and I watched them just walk past the old one outside and ignore him in that weather! so I gave in and just started letting them in again but in secret! lol! they only come in through the back door and if their left in the kitchen ever then we close the blinds however I think she knows they come in the house still as I say she has stopped putting food out for them altogether now (the younger one I have adopted too seems to have many homes!).

Right so heres the thing 2 weeks ago I noticed the old one sitting on my fence and he had a yellow discharge coming from his eye and it looked really sore anyway I stopped to look at him out in my front garden then went inside about 10 minutes later his owner had a look at it so I felt relieved she had noticed and hoped she would take him to the vet however it has now been 2 weeks I have been keeping an eye on it and bathing it in cold tea and water etc and keeping it clean however I think it must be an infection as it's not clearing it up at all. They obviously haven't taken him to the vet despite clearly knowing he has an infected eye I am fed up of waiting and seeing how bad it is getting now and today me and hubby are going to take him to the vet ourselves he is practically our cat anyway although it is secret I just feel really frustrated I think they do know he still comes in our house but nothing is ever said I wish they would just let us have him as they obviously don't care! my mom suggested going round and saying he's in my garden alot and had they noticed his eye is bad? etc but I just don't feel comfortable going round there and there is no gurantee they will take him the vets either so we just thought we would take him ourselves do you think that is the right thing to do? would you do the same?! my mom has already called the vets about the situation and they have said they would never refuse to see and ill animal and they know the situation.

Just wanted general opinions!

To be Bridesmaid at my friends wedding!!!! So exciting to be back helping to plan a wedding!!! YAY!!!!!!! she is getting married next August 2012 and is having an Ascott Theme with Purple Colour Scheme! I can't wait! Have already told her to get on here to join us and plan!
