Chocolate and Telecom heirs say ‘I do’

Two of the UK most successful families recently tied the knot. Divia, the only daughter of Indian-born telecommunications gaint, Gulu Lavani married Joel Michael Cadbury in a ceremony in Britain.

The happy couple then jetted off to the Royal Phuket Marina, where more than 500 guests attended a lavish ceremony, and were treated to a week of 5-star entertainment and luxury, while they stayed at a hotel owned by Gulu Lavani. Its no wonder that many believe the wedding to have cost over £750,000.

Divia was ever the beautiful bride as she made her entrance sailing down the aisle, on a purple palanquin, dressed in a pink sari. Meanwhile Joel not to be out done made his entrance on elephant-back, wearing a traditional cream suit and purple turban.

The ceremony was concluded by a dazzling laser and firework show.
