Marilyn Manson to Divorce
Dita Von Tesse, the wife of Marilyn Manson left the couples marital home on Christmas Eve, and was reported to have filed for divorce at Los Angeles Superior Court on 29 December. The New York Post has reported the burlesque-dancer, whose real name is Heather Sweet has cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for the couples split.
There are rumours circulating round Hollywood that Manson’s allege drinking may have contributed to the split. The married ends childless, one year after the couple held their very own celebrity Goth-wedding ceremony in Ireland.
The couple had been under increasing pressure from politicians and religious groups due to Manson’s controversial song lyrics.
