The star of Bridget Jones’s Diary, Renee Zellweger has had her wedding gown re-designed so that she can wear it as often as she likes. The pearl-coloured gown originally designed by Caroline Herrera has now been transformed into a sapphire blue cocktail dress, shortened just above the knee.
Renee recently became single again after a whirlwind romance with Country singer Kenny Cheshney, which ended in divorce after only four months of marriage.
Contact Music reported that a close friend of the star said:
"Renee didn't want to throw it away. Since she knew she'd never wear it again as a wedding dress, she made it into something she'd get some use out of."
Lets hope Mr Right is wait just around the corner.
