Traditions or Superstitions?
Part two of our new Wedding Traditions or Just Superstitions article takes a look at a few more wedding traditions and superstitions.
What is the significance of the first kiss?
Why do we throw confetti over the bride and groom?
What is the reason that we all have a wedding cake?
Why do we ring the church bells?
And just why is there a photo of a knight in armour!
If you would like answer to these, and other reasons for the things we all do, take a read for yourself.
Advice Spotlight - Christmas Themed Wedding
Are you getting married around Christmas time? Have you considered having a Christmas theme? Perhaps you would like Rudolph to pull your sleigh to the church?
Maybe wear mistletoe in your tiara or button hole to ensure that you get plenty of attention. Perhaps rather than a traditional wedding cake you have a great big Christmas pudding with brandy source!

Tip of the Issue
"What to put into your emergency kit?" What do you need an emergency kit for I hear you ask..
Well, what about if you cry a lot and your make-up gets messed up, or perhaps your shoes are starting to rub, maybe you get an upset tummy, a button comes off your outfit, the wind messes up your hair - these and many other mini-disasters could occur when you least expect it.
Forum member Nessy started a thread to cover just this topic, originally it was things to put into your vanity box, but by the end you may need a suitcase!
Take a read for yourself to make sure you are prepared on your big day!
